Kathy Gee

Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Sociology and Business, bringing a strong understanding of people, systems, and strategic leadership to her advocacy work. She was the first female supervisor and later the first female facility manager for a major refinery, leading teams and managing complex operations in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

She also coordinated large-scale client events for a major gas company in Pennsylvania and co-organized a national car club, planning its first two national meets. Her experience reflects a commitment to leadership, organization, and building strong, engaged communities.
